City of Georgetown TexasDevelopment Manual Webpage Texas Legislative Updates ETJ & City Limits Posted for Review March 15, 2024 – April 1, 2024 The Spring 2024 updated UDC Development Manual includes adjustments to the following checklists: Annexation, Courthouse View Waiver, Letter of Regulatory Compliance (Plat Certification), Planned Unit Development (PUD), Site Development Plan (SDP), Special Use Permit (SUP), Subdivision Plats, Zoning Map Amendment (rezoning). The Subdivision Signature Blocks Template and Plat Recordation Requirements also have updated language. Additionally, the December 16, 2024 submittal date has been removed from the 2024 Application Submittal Calendar.
